The Department provides visa holders with the service called "Entitlement Verification Online" that enables you to look up the details of your current visa online. You will be able to access this service on the Department's web site at "Online Services" >> "Entitlement Verification Online".

The purpose of this password is for the Department to authenticate you when you access this service.

Please note that the purpose of this password is different from the password you have already defined when you saved this application form. However, you can nominate the same word or phrase as the password for both purposes.

You can define a word or phrase as your password, and it can contain letters, numbers and spaces.

Your password will be known only to you and the Department. Please keep it in a safe and secure place and do not reveal it to anyone.
